Only Women Bleed (ver. 1) by Alice Cooper - Piano Sheets and Free Sheet Music

About the Song
"Only Women Bleed" is a song written by the musicians Alice Cooper and Dick Wagner. It is a ballad about a woman in an abusive marriage. It is one of Cooper's biggest hits, reaching #12 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in 1975. It is from his album Welcome to My Nightmare. It was the first of several ballad releases by Cooper that got into the top 20. The single was released prior to the release of Welcome to My Nightmare in the US as a shortened version of the song, and was alternatively titled "Only Women" (perhaps the omission of the word "bleed" was done in an effort to have the release appeal to a wider market audience). The single version of the song featured more orchestral parts than the album version. Guns N' Roses used to play this song in concert as an intro to "Knockin' on Heaven's Door". The song was featured on the soundtrack to Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween. Alice.    Download this sheet!
About the Artist
Alice Cooper (born Vincent Damon Furnier; February 4, 1948) is an American rock singer, songwriter and musician whose career spans more than four decades. With a stage show that features guillotines, electric chairs, fake blood, and boa constrictors, Cooper has drawn equally from horror movies, vaudeville, heavy metal, and garage rock to create a theatrical brand of rock music that would come to be known as shock rock. Alice Cooper was originally a band consisting of Furnier on vocals and harmonica, lead guitarist Glen Buxton, Michael Bruce on rhythm guitar, Dennis Dunaway on bass guitar, and drummer Neal Smith. The original Alice Cooper band broke into the international music mainstream with 1971's monster hit "I'm Eighteen" from the album Love it to Death, which was followed by the even bigger single "School's Out" in 1972. The band reached their commercial peak with the 1973 album Billion Dollar Babies. Furnier's solo career as Alice Cooper, adopting the band's name as his own name, began with the 1975 concept album Welcome to My Nightmare. In 2008 he released Along Came a Spider, his 18th solo album. Expanding from his original Detroit.
