It was the second single released during the first quarter of 2002 internationally released in Europe, and released as the third single for the U.S. The song is another product of the pop songwriting and producing team made up of Max Martin and Rami, though the "Darkchild Remix" version of the song was produced by Rodney Jerkins. The single was released in its original state internationally in Europe, but as the "Darkchild Remix" in the U.S. Thus, there were two different music videos released to promote the song.
