Her second album; On a Clear Night; was released in April 2007.Higgins temporarily relocated to Los Angeles in August of 2007 to concentrate on the US market and further her career. Higgins second album; On a Clear Night; will be released in the US on February 28; 2008 with a tour in March to coincide with the release. Her stay in LA; which will last for at least the first half of 2008; is designed to get her music used in films and television shows. Higgins was not content with resting on her success in Australia; preferring to push for greater exposure overseas and reach a greater audience.
