TLC is an American girl-group, consisting of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas.
According to the RIAA, TLC are the biggest selling female group of all time in the United States with over 22 million albums, and 6.5 million singles sold.They have had four #1 singles, including "Creep", "Waterfalls", "No Scrubs", and "Unpretty", and have won four Grammy Awards. Worldwide, they have sold a total of 66 million albums. TLC are the second best selling female group of all time.
Their second album, CrazySexyCool (1994), is the only album by a female group to be awarded diamond certification by the RIAA, for selling over 11 million copies in the United States alone and 22 million copies worldwide. "No Scrubs" is a 1999 song recorded by R&B girl group TLC for their album FanMail. Released as the album's first single, "No Scrubs" became TLC's third number-one single and eighth top 10 single on the Billboard Hot 100. It also earned them their second Grammy nomination for Record of the Year, but lost to Santana's "Smooth". The single is generally considered to be one of the group's signature songs and was the 2nd biggest.
