Hippy is the 11th track from Right Now, the first album by Atomic Kitten and features the hit singles "Right Now", "See Ya", "I Want Your Love", "Follow Me" and "Whole Again". Atomic Kitten started by making an Asian tour and the album was first released in Japan where they previously had their first number one hit with "Cradle". Due to this Asian success, and all things kitten in huge demand, Atomic Kitten rush-released their album there. Right Now was subsequently released in the United Kingdom on 23 October 2000 with a slightly modified tracklist, but at first there were no plans to focus on the worldwide market. The hits include "Right Now," "Whole Again," "Eternal Flame," "The Tide Is High," and "Ladies Night."Atomic Kitten started to be formed in 1997 by Andy McCluskey of '80s band Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark.There was a possibility that Heidi Range (now in a band Sugababes) would became a member of Atomic Kitten, she was chosen to be a member of the band along with Liz McClarnon and Kerry Katona, but she had decided to leave before the band was completed and was replaced by Natasha Hamilton who became the third official member along with Liz and Kerry.The band was completed in 1999.
