Stockholm Syndrome (ver. 1) by Matthew Bellamy - Piano Sheets and Free Sheet Music

About the Song
"Stockholm Syndrome" is a song released by the English rock band Muse from their third album, Absolution. The song also appears on the Absolution live DVD and was released as a download-only single through the official Muse website. The download also came with the artwork. The video appears on the "Time Is Running Out" CD single, and was shot using a thermal camera. A different video was made for the song's release in the US, depicting the band playing the song in a fictitious talk show. In March 2005, Q magazine placed "Stockholm Syndrome" at number 44 in its list of the 100 Greatest Guitar Tracks. In concert, the song is often played teamed with "Plug In Baby" as the two songs have similar tempos. One example of this is during the second Wembley performance. On the 8th of May, 2008, the song was released as downloadable content (as part of a Muse 3-song pack) for the rhythm game Guitar Hero.    Download this sheet!
About the Artist
Matthew James Bellamy (born 9 June 1978) is an English rock musician, who is best known as the lead member of the band Muse. His role in the band is that of main songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, and pianist. He possesses a tenor voice and is known for his use of the falsetto register. On 26 September 2008, the University of Plymouth awarded Bellamy an honourary doctorate degree in arts for his work in the field of music.[1] Bellamy's father, George, was the rhythm guitarist in the 1960s rock group The Tornados, who were the first British band to have a United States number one song, with "Telstar".[2] "Knights of Cydonia", a single from Muse's fourth album Black Holes & Revelations, is often cited as a tribute to that song, with its space rock sound and accompanying video depicting a cowboy's quest through an alien landscape. Bellamy's mother, Marilyn, was born in Belfast, and moved to England in the 1970s. On her first day in England she met George, who was at the time working as a taxi driver in London. They moved to Cambridge, where Matthew's older brother Paul was born, followed a couple of years later by Matthew himself. Bellamy started playing.

Piano notes and music reading No language is easy to learn except for our mother tongue. Mother tongue is a language which we start learning as soon as we are conceived. But learning some other language can be difficult if you are really not into it. Piano Notes are written in a completely different language. Agreed that the characters in the piano notes are very artistic and beautiful but they are equally strange to beginners and newcomers. But here is one interesting fact. Learning music reading from a piano notes music sheet is not a very difficult task. Actually it is much easier than learning a foreign Asian language like Chinese. Memorization and repetition are the two main ingredients for success in mastering the language of piano notes. So realistically speaking, once you are done reading the basics, all you have to do is practice the language as much as you can. To say in a very classical tone, practice till each and every note starts running through your veins. (More...)
