Dance Inside is the eighth track on Move Along, the second studio album by American rock band The All-American Rejects, released on July 12, 2005. The album was certified 2x Platinum in the U.S. (2,000,000 units) on June 6, 2008 by the RIAA, and was also certified Platinum in Canada (100,000 units) by the CRIA. What is interesting is that With Move Along, The All-American Rejects first wrote for the new album in the fall of 2003. The song "Dance Inside" was put together and then was performed at concerts in October. Other than this, the band didn't start working on their second album until touring wrapped up. The band comprises lead vocalist and bass guitarist Tyson Ritter, guitarists and vocalists Nick Wheeler and Mike Kennerty, with drummer Chris Gaylor. The All-American Rejects have released three studio albums in over eight years as a band.
