Adam Mitchel Lambert (born January 29, 1982) is an American singer, songwriter, and actor from San Diego, California. In May 2009, he finished as the runner-up on the eighth season of American Idol. Lambert is set to release his solo debut album, For Your Entertainment, on November 23, 2009.Lambert was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and moved to California shortly afterward. He grew up in Rancho Peñasquitos in northeastern San Diego and attended Deer Canyon Elementary School, Mesa Verde Middle School, where he was a winner in the Airband competition (featuring Michael Jackson's "Thriller") "Time for Miracles" is Adam Lambert's second single. It was released on October 16th, 2009 via Amazon.com. The song will not be the lead single from his major label debut album. The song will be featured in the upcoming film 2012. A full version of the song was released on October 17, 2009, via YouTube and on October 20th, 2009 via digital download. The song was co-written by Alain Johannes and his partner Natasha Shneider, who were probably best known for contributing to several Queens of the Stone Age albums.
