3OH!3 (pronounced "three oh three") is an American electronica group from Boulder, Colorado. The band is named after the 303 area code, which covers Boulder, Aurora, and the Denver metropolitan area.The members Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte were inspired by the hip-hop/electronic scene and Foreman invited Motte to mix some beats and hang out with him. The two were helped early on by friendships they had made with local acts such as Grace Gale, Signal to Noise and The Blackout Pact. Their self-titled debut album was not a commercial success and debuted in 2007. "Don't Trust Me" is the second single by the electronica band 3OH!3 released in 2008 and the third track of their debut album Want. The single earned certified gold and then platinum in just several months of its release. "Don't Trust Me" was released on July 8, 2008 as the lead-off single for the band's label debut. The song received a considerable amount of airplay on radio stations near 3OH!3's hometown of Boulder, Colorado and on Sirius Satellite Radio. It has also seen playtime on the radio station "KISS FM 106.1" and "Z100 NY" in Seattle and New York, and on Internet radio station.
