(In addition to the group's familiar guitar-and-drum setup, there is also footage of Paul McCartney at a piano and Ringo Starr playing the bongos.) The lyrics feature the singer assuring a friend that if he does not take care of his girl, the singer will do it instead of him. The song has an unusual key change - the chorus and verses are in E major, but during the bridge the key shifts to G major, the relative major of the parallel minor.
